IFAB has just launched the first-ever official mobile app presenting the Laws of Association Football so that players, coaches, journalists and fans have access to the Laws while watching a match on TV or at a stadium.

With respect to the issuing of yellow and red cards to team staff, it should be noted that automatic disciplinary sanctions will not apply this season, however, data ought to be collected on the number of yellow and red cards issued in order to gauge an appropriate benchmark for the following season.
