First of all, I would like to apologise for the short notice being given for this training session.

The players listed at http://www.seryfa-online.info/regional/u16s-seryfa-training-session-friday-8th-november-2019-squad-attend are requested to attend the first SERYFA U16s Regional training session arranged for Friday 8 November 2019 at Forrester High School.

ANY PLAYER THAT IS NAMED IN OUR SERYFA TRAINING SQUAD AND IS SELECTED TO TRAIN WITH THE NATIONAL SIDE ON THE SAME NIGHT MUST ATTEND OUR TRAINING SESSION, THIS HAS BEEN AGREED WITH BRIAN SPROULE @ SYFA.

All players must confirm if they can attend or not by phoning or texting Rob Hart on 07722179267 before WEDNESDAY 6th November by 7pm.

Players are requested to wear own clubs training gear and shinguards must be worn. Footwear to train on 3G surface. They must also bring their own water/drinks bottle.

Players are requested to report to the main entrance of Forrester High School, 212 Broomhouse Road Edinburgh EH12 9AE no later than 7.15pm the session will finish about 9 / 9.15pm. This will be a light warm-up session and a game played over 3 × 25min periods.

All team secretaries have been e-mailed about the players’ inclusions and we would like to thank them in advance for letting any players miss their own training session
